If a vehicle is returned before the agreed rental duration:
No partial refund will be provided.
The full rental amount for the originally confirmed booking period will remain payable.
We reserve vehicles exclusively for your reserved dates, which is why early returns are non-refundable.
3. Security Deposit Refund
The security deposit is fully refundable subject to inspection.
Refund conditions:
Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as provided.
No damages, traffic fines, challans, or policy violations.
All rental terms must be fulfilled.
Refund processing timeline:
Refunds are processed within 24–48 hours after vehicle inspection.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment method or bank policies.
4. Booking Modification Policy
Booking modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
Modification requests must be made at least 12 hours before pickup time.
Any increase or decrease in rental duration may result in a price adjustment.
