Welcome to Rafay Airport Taxi Rent a Car. By booking or renting a vehicle from rafayairporttaxi.com, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding and are designed to ensure a safe, secure, and transparent rental experience.
1. Rental Agreement
The rental agreement becomes effective once the vehicle and keys are handed over to the renter.
From that moment until the vehicle is returned:
The renter assumes full responsibility.
All terms stated here must be followed.
Any violation may result in penalties, termination, or legal action.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Rafay Airport Taxi Rent a Car, the customer must:
Be at least 21 years old (for self-drive rentals)
Provide a valid CNIC
Hold a valid Driving License (for self-drive rentals)
Pay the required security deposit
Provide any additional verification if requested
We reserve the right to refuse service without explanation if requirements are not met.
3. Security Deposit Policy
A refundable security deposit is mandatory for all rentals:
Sedan: PKR 10,000 – 20,000
SUV: PKR 20,000 – 30,000
Van / Hiace: PKR 25,000 – 35,000
The deposit will be refunded after:
Vehicle inspection
No damages or violations
No unpaid fines, tolls, or challans
Refund processing may take 24–48 hours depending on payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct repair or penalty costs from the deposit.
4. Vehicle Usage Restrictions
The rented vehicle must NOT be:
Used for any illegal activity
Sub-rented or handed to another driver without written approval
Driven outside Lahore city limits without prior consent
Used for racing, drifting, overspeeding, or reckless driving
Used for transporting illegal goods
Used for commercial delivery without approval
Additional restrictions:
Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance
Violation of these terms may result in:
Immediate cancellation of rental
Forfeiture of deposit
Legal proceedings if necessary
5. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a specific fuel level and must be returned with the same level.
Failure to do so will result in:
Fuel charges at market rate
Additional service handling fee
For driver-based rentals, fuel charges are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damages, Accidents & Liability
The renter is fully responsible for:
Any damage to the vehicle
Mechanical damage caused by negligence
Accidents occurring during rental
Theft or loss of vehicle
Traffic violations and challans
In case of accident:
The renter must immediately inform Rafay Airport Taxi Rent a Car
A police report may be required
Repair costs not covered by insurance will be charged to the renter
Security deposit may be used to cover damages. Additional charges may apply if damage exceeds deposit amount.
7. Late Return Policy
A 1-hour grace period is allowed.
After that:
Hourly charges may apply
Full-day charges may apply if delay exceeds reasonable duration
Repeated delays may result in blacklisting.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy available on rafayairporttaxi.com.
Customers are advised to review it before booking.
9. Termination of Rental
We reserve the right to immediately terminate rental if:
Terms are violated
False information is provided
Vehicle misuse is detected
Customer behavior is abusive or threatening
No refund will be issued in such cases.
10. Limitation of Liability
Rafay Airport Taxi Rent a Car shall not be held responsible for:
Loss of personal belongings
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues
Indirect financial losses
Customers are advised to keep valuables secure.
11. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication on rafayairporttaxi.com.
